With a catalogued entry of 37 sheep this was a smaller entry compared to last year
Local breeder Mr Layland Branfield from the Danesbrook Flock took on the judging duties this year
Taking home the Overall Champion Rosette was Helen Havill with her home bred shearling ram Martin Grange 3585/R008 sired by Auchry 4447/N006 out of a homebred ewe N026 sired by Shrewbridge 3114/G002 he sold for 600gns
Reserve overall champion also went to Helen Havill with another home bred shearling ram Martin Grange 3585/R014 he was sold for 440gns.
Top price on the day came out of the pen of P S G Medland, Tavy for his home bred 4556/R001 shearling ram sired by Mcffi 4414/P008 out of a homebred ewe Tavy 4556/M012 he was sold for 640gns.
