2025 Tag Order form for Members in Southern Ireland

Important Information. The Lamb Registration Date has Changed - As from 2022 ALL Lambs Must Be Fully Registered On or By the 1st December. Any Registrations returned after this date will incur a late registration fee of £15.00 per lamb to register. An invoice will be forwarded and lambs will only be fully registered once the late Registration fees have been paid.

Replacement Tags must be ordered direct through the Association Office - please do not contact the tag company direct. If the sheep requiring the replacement tag is not homebred, one of the following is required: the old tag, the Breeders consent to re-issue, or proof of purchase. For 2025 Replacement Tags are supplied free of charge. If you need to order replacement tags please download a copy of the replacement tag order form and return to the office.
